SPCHA Refund Policy

Refund Policy:  

 

 

Squirt/10U through Bantams/15U. If for any reason a player decides to leave the St. Paul Capitals Hockey Association (SPCHA), a player may request a refund of a portion of the fees paid. All refund requests must be made to the Director of Operations prior to November 10th. Membership fees paid to Minnesota & USA hockey are non-refundable and are not covered by the SPCHA refund policy. SPCHA will refund all association fees paid minus a $275 administrative and ice time fee. No refund requests will be considered after November 10th for Squirt/10U-Bantam/15U levels.


 

Mini-Mite/Mite/8U players. If for any reason a player decides to leave the SPCHA before December 1, the player will receive a full refund of their SPCHA fees. Membership fees paid to Minnesota & USA hockey are non-refundable and are not covered by the SPCHA refund policy. No refund requests will be considered after December 1 for Mini/Mite/8u Levels.
