St. Paul Capitals Hockey Association (SPCHA) requires each board member, employee,  and contractor annually 1) review the SPCHA Conflict-of-Interest Policy (the “Policy”)(click link below); 2) to disclose any possible personal, familial, or business relationship that reasonably could give rise to a conflict of interest or the appearance or perception of a conflict of interest (in this registration); and 3) to acknowledge by his or her signature that he or she has read, understands, and is acting in accordance with the letter and spirit of such Policy.(in this registration)
