Refund Policies
Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.
Squirt-Bantam
Squirt through Bantam refund policy. If for any reason a player decides to leave the St. Paul Capitals Hockey Association (SPCHA), a player may request a refund of a portion of the fees paid. All refund requests must be made to the Executive Director prior to November 20th. Membership fees paid to Minnesota & USA Hockey are non-refundable and are not covered by the SPCHA refund policy. The SPCHA will refund all association fees paid minus a $350 administrative and ice time fee. No refund requests will be considered after November 20th for Squirt-Bantam levels.
Girls Co-op Program - 8U-15U
10U through 15U refund policy. If for any reason a player decides to leave the St. Paul Capitals/Saints, a player may request a refund of a portion of the fees paid. All refund requests must be made to the SPCHA Executive Director with prior to November 20th. Membership fees paid to Minnesota & USA Hockey are non-refundable and are not covered by the SPCHA refund policy. The SPCHA will refund all association fees paid minus a $350 administrative and ice time fee. No refund requests will be considered after November 10th for 10U-15U levels. 8U refund policy. If for any reason a player decides to leave the SPCHA/Saints before December 1, the player will receive a full refund of their SPCHA fees. Membership fees paid to Minnesota & USA Hockey are non-refundable and are not covered by the SPCHA refund policy. No refund requests will be considered after December 1 for 8U level.
Mite
If for any reason a player decides to leave the SPCHA before December 1, the player will receive a full refund of their SPCHA fees. Membership fees paid to Minnesota & USA Hockey are non-refundable and are not covered by the SPCHA refund policy. No refund requests will be considered after December 1 for Mite/8U Levels.
Mini Mites
If for any reason a player decides to leave the SPCHA before December 1, the player will receive a full refund of their SPCHA fees. Membership fees paid to Minnesota & USA Hockey are non-refundable and are not covered by the SPCHA refund policy.
Capital City Classic Mite Jam
No refunds will be processed
Cormick Cup
Refunds will not be given to a team backing out until that spot has been filled by a full paying team.
Girls Capital Cup
Refunds will not be given to a team backing out until that spot has been filled by a full paying team.
