The Capitals offer an excellent program for youth/boys. Depending on player numbers and skill at the different levels, AA, A, B1, B, B2 and C teams may be hosted at each division.

Mini Mites
Mini-mites is our introductory hockey program for girls and boys ages 4 and 5. Mini-mites is for kids who have prior experience skating. During the season we help kids improve their skating as well as shoot, pass, and stickhandle. Most of all we have fun! Mini-mites is not, however, a learn to skate program. If your child does not know how to skate, we recommend the Saint Paul Figure Skating Club’s Learn to Skate Program.

WARMUPS: SQ/10U/PW/12U/BAN
Get your players back on the ice before evaluations begin with fall warmups. Register early, sessions fill fast! LEVELS WITH GROUPS ARE NOT DIVIDED BY SKILL. PICK WHICHEVER GROUP WORKS BEST FOR YOU.
Ages: June 1, 2010 to September 15, 2016
Mite
Develop the basic skills of skating, puck handling, shooting and passing. Players evaluated and placed on a team with other players of similar skills. Players must have some skating experience.
Ages: June 1, 2016 to September 15, 2020
Girls Co-op Program - 8U-15U
Welcome to the Capitals Girls Co-op with West Saint Paul, the Saints. Depending on player numbers and skill at the different levels, we may host A, B1, B, B2 teams at each age level.

WARM-UPS: Mites/8U
SPCHA offers fall warm ups for players that will be playing Mites or 8U this season as a way to get back on the ice before evaluations begin.
