SPCHA Refund Policy
Refund Policy:
10U/Squirt through 15U/Bantam. If for any reason a player decides to leave the St. Paul Capitals Hockey Association (SPCHA), a player may request a refund of a portion of the fees paid. All refund requests must be made to the Executive Director prior to November 20th. Membership fees paid to Minnesota & USA Hockey are non-refundable and are not covered by the SPCHA refund policy. SPCHA will refund all association fees paid minus a $350 administrative and ice time fee. No refund requests will be considered after November 10th for Squirt/10U-Peewee/12U levels.
Mini-Mite/8U/Mite players. If for any reason a player decides to leave the SPCHA before December 1, the player will receive a full refund of their SPCHA fees. Membership fees paid to Minnesota & USA Hockey are non-refundable and are not covered by the SPCHA refund policy. No refund requests will be considered after December 1 for Mini-Mite/8U/Mite levels.
