Peewee B1 freezes out their competition to win the Faribault Frost tournament

Our Peewee B1 team brought the heat to Faribault this past weekend at the Frost Peewee tournament, skating away as champions after a weekend filled with grit, goals, and even a little bowling!

Despite battling illness, a blizzard of penalty calls against them in the final, line and position changes meant to challenge the team, the players answered every challenge thrown their way.

A true team effort in the final. The Capitals doubled their shots and increased goals each period, finding their groove! A strong defensive effort kept Eagan from getting close to the net in the 3rd. Our goalie definitely earned his shutout - helping fend off THREE 5 on 3 assaults during the game!
