a year agoMite 1 Bulldog Updates
Hi everyone; a couple of quick updates:
• Jerseys and socks: Will have them at the rink and hand out prior to photos
• Pictures are this Saturday @ 10:00 in the room at the South end of the South Rink (look for the Pitch Perfect sign)
o Have your player dressed in all their gear except helmet and skates
o You don’t need to fill out any forms for pictures. You will receive a QR code and emails to order pictures at a later date
o Practice is immediately following pictures
• First scrimmage is this Sunday. We will play the other Mite 1 teams in several cross-ice games.
o If anyone would like to try goalie, we have the gear!! Please let me know.
o If any parent has helped set-up the cross-ice boards or would like to learn, your help would be greatly appreciated.
o We plan to have in-house scrimmages a couple times a month
• Later in the season, we will look into playing a non-Capitals team or participate in a Mite 1 Jamboree
• November Ice: make sure you look at the schedule closely - we will skate at Drake and Pleasant in addition to Highland.
