Greetings Capitals SB2.

This is Joshua Northey, the Head Coach. I know with the short notice on practice time today, some families will be late, and that is totally understandable.

I will plan to have a parents meeting at some point in next week or so, and a players meeting. Probably before or after a practice for each.

Heads up, I also like to do maybe a monthly film session via Zoom or whatever. I feel some kids only really figure out certain things when they see themselves do it. We also will have a some dryland sessions before/after practice occasionally.

***I will be looking for more people interested in coaching/managing. I believe that there are slots for one more assistant coach to get their hours waived, and one goalie coach (doesn't need to be someone who played/s goalie, but that obviously could help). LMK if you are interested.***

Andy is fairly busy, and both him and I will have kids on other teams, so I am hoping for coaches who can for sure have decent attendance. I will be there 95% of the time, but I don't want to use up slots on people who are going to miss half the time. You also need to do all the relevant USA Hockey Stuff to coach. But if you have that done and don't care about hours, I am also open to additional "associate coaches" helping on the ice occasionally. I know we have a lot of experienced coaches.

We also need a team manager (who I believe also gets hours waived). Let me know if any of you have experience doing it and want to.

I know some people have already reached out to me about all this, and after talking to you a bit, Andy and I will make a decision.
