Player's Code of Conduct
At the beginning of the season, please have each player personally sign the Code of Conduct. Click for Form
Use this time as an opportunity to discuss expected behavior not only on but also off the ice. Discuss rink rules such as no stick handling off the ice and locker room behavior.
- Play for fun
- Work hard to improve your skills
- Be a team player – get along with your teammates
- Learn teamwork, sportsmanship and discipline
- Be on time
- Learn the rules and play by them. Always be a good sport
- Respect your coach, your teammates, your parents, opponents and officials
- Never argue with an official’s decision
The Players Code of Conduct is provided by USA Hockey. The SPCHA Board reviews this on an annual basis.
