Pause in Play Workout

In order to maintain and or even build on progress made prior to the pause in play, SPCHA would like to offer an off-ice workout program the players can do from home.

The workout consists of:

  • An on-line physical exercise routine three times per week
  • Skills session three times per week that can, each be accomplished in 30 minutes
  • Skills is primarily designed for stickhandling but if you have a shooting net at home that can be used as an alternative or extra benefit
