Fundraising Requirement
St. Paul Capitals Mandatory Fundraisers
We always aim to make hockey more affordable for our current and prospective families, and our annual fundraisers are a very important component to those efforts. We greatly appreciate your continued support!
We are offer 2 different fundraiser options to our SPCHA families.
- Raffle Tickets
- Green Mill Pizza Sales
Every family is required to participate in at least one of these fundraisers or choose the buyout option of $150.
If you choose the buyout and did not pay during registration, please mail a check to:

If a family does not participate in one of the fundraisers above and does not mail a check in for the buyout, your credit card on file will be charged at the end of the season the $150 buyout fee + $25 admin/transaction fee.
Raffle Tickets
Raffle ticket sales option:
- Each family will be required to sell at least 20 raffle tickets
- Cost per ticket is $10
- Raffle prizes will be cash prizes: one each at $1,000, $2,500, $5,000.
- Raffle tickets may only be purchased with cash. **Psst, if Aunt Judy doesn't have cash she can write a check or Venmo you and you can pay the cash ;) Payment for your $20 raffle tickets up front is preferred. Tickets are $10 × 20 tickets = $200. If you prefer to pay for your raffle tickets after you sell them you must turn in all cash due at the pull tab booth at Mike's Tav on the Ave by Saturday, January 27th. If you were issued more that the required 20 raffle tickets and did not sell them all, please also turn in any unsold raffle tickets to the pull tab booth at Mike's Tav on the Ave by Saturday, January 27th.
- Raffle tickets are available for pickup at the pulltab booth at Mike's Tav on the Ave during these times:
- Tue-Thur: 5-10pm
- Friday 5-11pm
- Sat 6-11pm
- Your player(s) could win big, too. The top 6 players in terms of raffle ticket sales will win their choice of prize from a list that includes a custom hockey stick 🏒 (max $350), Oculus VR system 👓, X Box Series S 🎮, Nintendo Switch OLED ⭐, and Beats Studio Pro Headphones 🎧. In the event of ties, the winner(s) will be randomly selected.
- Raffle ticket stubs from sold raffle tickets need to be submitted at the pull tab booth at Mike's Tav on the Ave by 2/1.
- Raffle winners and top raffle ticket sellers will be announced at DeGidio's St. Paul on W. 7th St. on February 3rd at 8pm. Winners need not be present to win.
- Please note that you will be responsible for turning in cash to cover all tickets sold. Unsold tickets may be returned to the pull tab booth at Mike's Tav on the Ave by Saturday, January 27th. Lost tickets must be reported to gambling@stpaulcapitalshockey.com by Saturday, January 27th.

Green Mill Pizza Sales - COMPLETE FOR 2023-24 SEASON
Pizza sales option:
- Each family will be required to sell at least 25 pizzas
- Cost per item is $11/cheese and $13 all other pizzas.
- Use the Pizza Order Form and Sale Sheet to collect orders
- Submit orders through the Pizza Order Submission Link by 12/15 once you have ALL of your orders.
- Payments need to be dropped off in back room of concession stand at Highland Arena by 12/15. Orders without payments will be cancelled. Please make sure to enclose a copy of your order form and personal information on envelope. Checks should be made payable to SPCHA.
- The order pick-up date is (change!)Jan. 24th between 4-6pm. You must pick up on this date or ask someone to pick up your orders for you.
